Fiberglass reinforced plastics (FRP) fibers can enhance the grille's endurance in FRP grilles. If the strength of alkali-free fiberglass reinforced plastic filament is higher than that of steel wire, it is chemically stable and weatherproof. It hardly absorbs water and does not burn when exposed to fire. Its high strength can also be used as tire cord. FRP filament is laid in 8-9 layers, so the strength of the product is maintained. Some factories use fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) filament as alkali-free filament. The strength of high alkali filament is low, and its water resistance and alkali resistance are poor.
      
The raw materials used in FRP grille are resin, FRP fiber, filler calcium powder with 1:1:1 share. The resin used in FRP grille is unsaturated phenyl resin 196, colorless and bright. Low viscosity, low heat release, low shortening, high speed curing, high speed compatibility, bright gloss. The fiberglass reinforced plastics grids are smooth, glossy, strong and durable. It is assumed that the residual resin will be the opposite of the residual resin, which is dirty, high viscosity, high heat release, high shortening, relatively slow curing, poor compatibility. The FRP grids produced are multi-porous, easy to crack, and have poor strength and endurance.
      
The fiberglass reinforced plastics grille can be laid by special equipment modified from tractor or car, which is usually laid manually. Orange and blue symbols are marked on both ends of the carton of each roll of glass fiber grille. Before laying, glue should be selected to face down and determine the color of the symbols at one end so as to facilitate construction without mislaying the glue surface. When laying FRP grids, they should be flat, tight and aligned at both ends so that they can be leveled with a horizontal ruler to provide useful tension. After laying, they should be rolled by a clean steel wheel roller.
